Self-portraits from over two months.
In this project I just use this point of practice to look into oneself. I see my reflection in the mirror and not as others see me, I am with myself all day but only a fraction is ever spent if at all glanced at my reflection. This gaze sometime is one I go out of my way to avoid. I am the person who can judge my action, I am the person I have to live with, I am the person that takes on the insults to me and I am the person that has to find my own courage. This project has forced me to engage with that person; I have chosen to hold up the mirror and look. Scan my appearance and ask who I am inside.
